Drone Wars is a 25-line video slot featuring the epic sci-fi conflict of humans vs. drones. The game offers additional interactivity as the player can pick their mission and target drones for wilds, free spins and picks. Landing three scatters allows players to choose from one of two bonus "missions." In the first, all reel symbols are captured and disappear from the screen; as the drones are destroyed by powerful lasers, each drone becomes a 'Wild' symbol for a subsequent free spin. In the second, players must destroy attacking drones by aiming and firing the rocket's weapon for the chance to reveal prizes.
