Minimum reopening guidelines for Detroit casinos announced

With a reopening date still undetermined, the Michigan Gaming Control Board today approved minimum guidelines for Detroit casinos, including 15% capacity, temperature checks, no poker rooms and a ban on smoking on casino floors.
