BahamasThe government addressed the growing popularity of online gambling in the Bahamas within the 2014 Gaming Act. Under the new law, land-based casinos were allowed to apply for gaming licenses that permit some in-house internet gaming. “Restrictive interactive gaming licenses" allows players to bet online or on mobile within the casino property is allowed. But online gaming from websites managed in the Bahamas is not allowed.
