The Reel Life: Depressing strip club edition

10 Oct 2013

If you're a creepy, sex-deprived middle-aged guy who also happens to be a New York Giants fan, you now have a tough choice to make on Sundays.

Rick's Cabaret New York, a well-known strip club in midtown Manhattan, will no longer show the Giants games on its TVs. The Giants, at 0-5, have become "too painful to watch," according to a stripper named Monica.

After another devastating loss Sunday, this time a 36-21 defeat at the hands of their NFC East rival Philadelphia Eagles, it's no surprise that Giants fans are showing their frustration. But this is perhaps the grandest demonstration to date.

Basically, the G-Men are huge party poopers these days.

"There's like a hundred sexy topless girls here and everyone was exceedingly happy until it became clear during the second half that Eli Manning and the Giants were going to lose again," said Alexandra, another stripper.

Look, if anyone understands the importance of positive energy at strip clubs, it's The Reel Life. Eli Manning should never be on a television in a strip club, especially without his helmet on, and especially when he's just thrown his third interception of the third quarter. This move makes sense for everyone involved; it's just a shame it didn't happen sooner.

As for the strippers -- I mean, really, would you expect anything less? Don't pretend like they actually cared about the games to begin with. They want their customers happy, so that they can be happy. It's the circle of life.

A really, really creepy life.

Get in the fast lane Grandma, this bingo game is ready to roll!

All Slots Casino is thrilled to release three new slots games this month, including the nursery rhyme-based Rhyming Reels - Georgie Porgie and the undersea themed Dolphin Quest, both available to play on your PC or to play online on the All Slots website.

Additionally, Paradise Found, a Himalayan mountain adventure slot, has been released exclusively on the All Slots website.

An English nursery rhyme provides the theme for this five-reel, 15-payline video slot. An unattractive schoolboy kisses the girls, making them cry. The game packs exciting features, including wilds, scatters, free spins and multipliers, in addition to hilarious artwork. Players can play Georgie Porgie for a minimum of just 1¢, and the maximum payout is $97,500.

Down in Neptune's kingdom, players will find all manner of interesting creatures as well as scatters, stacked wilds and bonus triggers. It only takes 1¢ to play, and the maximum payout is $75,000. This game features beautiful artwork and crystal clear sound effects set in an under-the-sea theme.

The Himalayan explorer theme of this 20-payline game includes colourful artwork depicting mystical Eastern Asian scenery. The game's main attraction, in addition to the $20,000 maximum payout, is the Wild Lotus feature, triggered by a Wild Lotus on Reel 1 and the Tibetan Temple on Reel 5. This results in the triggering reels being held and a multiplicity of winning combinations. As with the other two new games, one cent is all that is required to play.
