The Reel Life always brings a bag
12 May 2011
According to TCPalm.com, a 61-year-old man who attempted to rob a bank had his plans foiled because he didn't bring a bag with him.
The Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office says Joseph Alan Price walked into a PNC Bank with a written note demanding cash. He showed the note to a teller, who said she didn't have a bag. Price, who never showed a weapon, pointed at the note again. The teller repeated that she didn't have a bag.
Price decided to give up on his attempts to rob a bank with no bag and no weapon and hopped on a bike he left outside. He was arrested within seven minutes.
"This man was apprehended very quickly," Sheriff Paul May. "A good description was given by bank personnel, (the lieutenant) was in the right place and the suspect is in jail, which is the right place for him."
The Reel Life, in its best David Caruso impression, says in this incident, the "Price is Wrong."
