Hang out with Team PokerStars pros and celebrate Women's Sunday second birthday
18 Mar 2013
The first event is a live and interactive YouTube broadcast featuring several female members of Team PokerStars, including Liv Boeree, Fatima Moreira de Melo and Adrienne "talonchick" Rowsome, which will take place on March 23 at 14.00 ET (18.00 GMT) and can be viewed here: https://www.youtube.com/Pokerstars.
The second is the Women’s Sunday tournament itself, which will have its guaranteed prize pool doubled to $20,000, along with $100 bounties (instead of the usual $50) for knocking out one of the female Team Pros. The buy-in is $55 and the tournament will take place on March 24 at 14.30 ET (18.30 GMT).
U.K. Team PokerStars Pro Liv Boeree said: “I’m really looking forward to this special weekend. The double guarantee tournament is great value and the YouTube Hangout is a really cool idea, which will help build a sense of community among players. I can’t wait to talk about poker with anyone who joins the live stream.”
“I’m very excited about the Women’s Sunday Anniversary tournament,” added Celina Lin, from Team PokerStars Pro Asia. “I’m looking forward to having a chat with everyone leading up to the big event.”
