Judge Thomas Wingate has given 141 online gambling sites 30 days to block access to Kentucky residents. Sites that comply with his ruling will be freed from Kentucky's domain seizure order. Sites that don't comply will have to appear before Wingate on Nov. 17 to argue their case.
