Yggdrasil unleashes Cyrus The Virus
8 Jun 2015
Cyrus The Virus features seven quirky symbols that bring life to the reels and deliver top class game-play. This latest slot is a 5 reel and 10 payline offering that pays-out both ways, and the middle reel is saved until the end to increase win anticipation.
The game is available on Yggdrasil’s HTML5 framework, iSENSE 2.0, which lets operators launch it simultaneously on both desktop and mobile. It is incredibly quick-loading and has the latest user interface, including portrait mode.
Cyrus The Virus is the latest slot to feature Yggdrasil’s unique new promotional concept Super Free Spins, which allows operators to hand out an infinite number of free spins to different player segments.
An organism of colorful, funny and bubbly symbols draws players into the game with a watchful eye on the all-important wild symbol. Wins are activated when three or more identical symbols line-up on a payline.
The wild symbol expands to cover an entire reel - after wins are paid out, the player gets a free re-spin with wild symbols locked in place.
The game features amusing characters with funny voices and it has a very generous paytable that makes all near wins exciting.
"Cyrus The Virus is an extremely infectious slot with a perfect blend of rich graphics and immersive game-play," said Yggdrasil CEO Fredrik Elmqvist. "Although the rules are simple it is still very exciting and players can hit bigger wins than is normally the case with this type of game.
"This is the latest slot on our iSENSE 2.0 framework which has really helped operators streamline their marketing costs. It also includes Super Free Spins and we’re already finding that this concept allows our partners to stand out from the crowd."
Yggdrasil’s portfolio contains a wide range of popular casino games, including Cazino Zeppelin, Jokerizer, Winterberries, Reef Run pooled progressive slot game Joker Millions Progressive and the desktop mobile ‘tandem drop’ successor The Dark Joker Rizes.
