Wynn Resorts wins Boston-area license

BOSTON, Massachusetts -- Wynn Resorts has won the Boston area casino license, Bloomberg reported.

Wynn Resorts was competing with Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority for the license, the report said.

The Wynn Resorts proposed casino will be built in Everett and was approved by 3-1 votes at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, according to the Bloomberg report.
