WSOP Nevada announces summer online schedule

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The entire WSOP.com - Nevada online poker offering this year is themed around a good old-fashioned rock and roll festival. The Summer Grind Tour 2017 is underway with plenty of great acts, events and key dates to circle on your calendar and ensure you get your ticket.

As WSOP.com Nevada celebrates its fourth year running parallel to the World Series of Poker, participants this summer are competing for more than $2.5 million in guarantees and can successfully integrate online play to their live poker play with a carefully-crafted online schedule optimized around the WSOP event in Las Vegas taking place 30 May to 17 July.

When breaking down the offering on a day-by-day basis, here is an overview on what can be expected for WSOP.com Nevada players:

• Daily WSOP bracelet satellites at 6 p.m., 8 p.m., 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
• Daily Online WSOP bracelet satellites at 3:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
• Online Championship Tournaments daily at 4 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. with over $850,000 in guarantees
• Signature WSOP event satellites daily at 5 p.m. (certain dates/events like Colossus, Millionaire Maker, etc.)
• WSOP Main Event satellites for $200 every Saturday at 7:15 p.m. and every Sunday at 4:30 and 7:15 p.m.
• Sit 'n Go (SNG) Step tournaments to a $1,000 WSOP seat running daily 24/7
• SNG satellites to the $333 Online Event (Event #8) and the WSOP Main Event (Event #73) running 24/7
• Cash games running 24/7 with a variety of stakes to meet all bankrolls

Whether via the WSOP.com mobile app or desktop software, playing online poker in Nevada this summer provides more opportunities to win with a schedule chock full of tournaments, online and offline satellite qualifiers and non-stop cash games. Anyone inside Nevada borders is eligible to play. Registration can be done from outside Nevada.

Last year, more than 700 seats were won on WSOP.com into WSOP gold bracelets events, and this year that number is expected to exceed 1,000, with more satellite chances than ever before.

"In just four short years, WSOP.com Nevada has gone from no online bracelet events to three this year, with millions of dollars in guarantees and bonuses," said WSOP.com head of online poker Bill Rini. "As awareness of our offering has grown, we have seen continued growth. Special Kickoff Weekend satellite packages are currently running every Sunday at 5:45 p.m., offering both a Colossus III $565 seat and a $333 Little Grind Online Bracelet seat for a $30 buy-in. These will continue in May every night at 7 p.m. (Sundays at 4:45 p.m.)

Satellites start at just $2, including The Colossal XXII, WSOP.com Nevada's biggest mega satellite of the year for the world's largest poker tournament – the Colossus III. For a $22 buy-in on 3 June, players compete in a mega satellite guaranteeing 22 seats to the 4 June flights of Colossus (WSOP Event #5) at the Rio.

Players don't need to wait until the WSOP to start grinding. New players who make a deposit receive freeroll tickets that give them a chance to win WSOP seats. With satellites running now and picking up in May, players can lock up their seat way ahead of time if they are in Nevada and do so for the price of a cup of coffee or less.

WSOP.com Nevada is also offering a record three official online WSOP gold bracelet events this year, all to play out entirely online and are one-day structured events. They are as follows:

• The $333 Little Grind Online Bracelet - WSOP Event #8 with a modest $333 buy-in (3 June at 3:33 p.m.)
• The $3,333 Big Grind Online Bracelet – WSOP Event #61 with a $3,333 buy-in, which is the highest buy-in ever offered on WSOP.com. (1 July at 3:33 p.m.)
• The $1,000 Classic Online Bracelet – WSOP Event #71, featuring the $1,000 buy-in bracelet event as in previous years. (7 July at 2 p.m.)

All the online WSOP gold bracelet events (Events #8, #61 and #71) offer plenty of online satellite opportunities daily (at 3:30, 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 p.m.), while a special Marquee 33 mega satellite on Friday, 2 June at 5 p.m. will offer 33 guaranteed seats to the next day's $333 Little Grind Online Bracelet Event #8, for just a small $22 buy-in.
While the WSOP Main Event is the richest poker tournament in the world, the WSOP offers several other signature events throughout the summer that pack people in and swell prize pools. As such, WSOP.com Nevada returns with its popular series of $10 mega satellites at 5 p.m., tailored to meet the demand and timing of when these events occur. They are as follows:

• $10 Casino Employees Satellites – 24-30 May at 5 p.m. for WSOP Event #1 – 30 May at 11 a.m.
• $10 Millionaire Maker Satellites – 3-10 June at 5 p.m. for WSOP Event #20 – 10-11 June at 10 a.m.
• $10 Seniors Championship Satellites – 9-15 June at 5 p.m. for WSOP Event #31 – 16 June at 10 a.m.
• $10 Monster Stack Satellites – 18-24 June at 5 p.m. for WSOP Event #47 – 24-25 June at 10 a.m.
• $10 Crazy Eights Satellites – 25 June - 1 July at 5 p.m. for WSOP Event #60 – 1-2 July at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
• $10 Ladies Championship Satellites – 30 June - 6 July at 5 p.m. for WSOP Event #70 – 7 July at 11 a.m.
• $10 Little One for One Drop Satellites – 6-12 July at 5 p.m. for WSOP Event #74 – 11-13 July at 3 p.m.

Of course, no WSOP.com Nevada schedule would be complete without the popular 25 Seat Scramble, the biggest one-day online opportunity to win your seat into the WSOP Main Event. Slated on Day 1A of the Main Event, (Saturday, 8 July at 3 p.m.), the 25 Seat Scramble guarantees 25 seats into the WSOP Main Event, with just a low $200 buy-in. In addition, daily $5 satellites are offered to satellite into the 25 Seat Scramble. Plus a reminder that besides the 25 Seat Scramble, every Saturday at 7:15 p.m. and every Sunday at 4:30 and 7:15 p.m., WSOP.com Nevada runs Main Event Qualifiers, where a $200 buy-in gets you a chance at a $10,000 Main Event seat.
