World Surf League and ALT Sports Data announce partnership

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The World Surf League (WSL) has partnered with ALT Sports Data, Inc., the San Diego-based leader in trading and consumer data for action, alternative and emerging sports, as the official data distribution partner of WSL Championship Tour data to unlock new markets in the world of regulated sports betting. The partnership will leverage ALT Sports Data and its proprietary simulation trading platform to enable legal and official sports betting on WSL’s Championship Tour events.

The 2023 Championship Tour includes 10 regular-season events in seven countries, which started in January at the Billabong Pro Pipeline and concluding at the SHISEIDO Tahiti Pro, before the Rip Curl WSL Finals at Lower Trestles in San Clemente, Calif.
