Woman wins instant ticket top prize
Secretary of Revenue Tom Wolf and other Lottery officials presented a ceremonial check to Anna Huggins at Rutters, 2215 Old Trail Road in Etters, York County, where she bought her winning ticket on May 20.
Huggins, who is retired from the New Cumberland Army Depot and works part time at the Red Land Community Center Food Bank in Lewisbury, said she purchases instant tickets occasionally.
"I spend a couple of dollars here and there on instant tickets," said Huggins. "This was really a blessing to have won this money!"
As of June 18, one top $60,000 prize and three second-tier $30,000 $cavenger Hunt prizes remain in the game. $cavenger Hunt is a $3 game with eight prizes from $30,000 to $60,000; more than 1,250 prizes from $500 to $5,000; and more than $9.6 million in total cash prizes. Players can win up to 12 times on each ticket.
