WMS Gaming, Stargames Sign Exclusive Distribution Deal
Rapid Roulette is an innovative casino game that combines the traditional play of the classic roulette table operated by a live dealer with electronic player stations. Rapid Roulette was recently approved for sale by the Nevada Gaming Control Board following a successful field trial. WMS will premier a fully featured version of Rapid Roulette at the Global Gaming Expo, (G2E) in Las Vegas September 17-19 2002.
Additionally, WMS announced that it has expanded its prior agreement to port WMS games onto Stargames' PC3 gaming platform. The amended agreement increases the number of WMS game themes to be ported onto the Stargames PC3 platform in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea and modifies the commercial arrangements between the parties on a mutually satisfactory basis.
