William Hill's TV campaign pushes Vegas app to top spot in rankings

(PRESS RELEASE) -- William Hill Vegas Casino's brand new Vegas app shot straight to the No. 1 ranking in the Apple ‘Free Casino’ chart – just hours after a major new TV campaign kicked off.

The app was launched as part of a massive promotion which will see more than £1m given away to customers of any William Hill Vegas game – Online or Mobile – by December 31.

The distinctive, ultra-modern ad campaign – which first aired on November 8 – was produced by London-based production company Art & Graft. It features the track ‘Kid Velo’ from rising electronica outfit, Rival Consoles.

The campaign runs until the end of the year.

More than 11,000 people downloaded the app in less than week – and William Hill Vegas are delighted.

“It has been a fantastic take-up and our new ad campaign has played a massive part – it gives a fantastic visual representation of what William Hill Vegas is all about and, once again, our customers have responded,” commented James Curwen, William Hill’s Director of Gaming.

In midweek the app maintained a strong position and it has been further boosted with the addition of Blackjack and Roulette to add to its current roster of 15 games.
