ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- Bloomberg is reporting that Caesars Entertainment is allegedly contemplating a bid for the Revel Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The Bloomberg report cited people knowledgeable about the situation, but noted it's not certain a bid will be made.

The Revel Casino Hotel declared bankruptcy in 2013, the Bloomberg report noted.
