Try to Play Your Cards Right
12 Aug 2010
"Play Your Cards Right" was a UK game show in the 1980s. The online slot is a five-reel?,15-line game with two bonus levels. Symbols for the game come from a deck of cards, and include hearts, diamonds, spades and clubs.
The big draw of this game are the two bonus rounds. The first round is the "Double Chance Bonus," which occurs when three or more "Double Chance" symbols appear on a line. When that occurs, you are taken to a screen where you get a chance to win one of two jackpots. You start by playing for the higher-value jackpot. The first card of that row will be revealed. You can choose to change the starting card once by pressing the "CHANGE" button. You then have to guess whether the next card is higher or lower. If you are incorrect, you start over by playing for the second jackpot. If you are correct, you keep going down the line. If you reach the end of the row of cards (there are five) you win the jackpot. The game is then over.
The "Grand Final Bonus" is triggered by three or more "Grand Final" symbols on a wagered line. You receive a starting award based on the number of bonus symbols on the line. Like the "Double Chance Bonus" round, it deals with guessing whether a card will be high or low. If you reach the end of one of two rows, you win a multiplier for the bonus. That multiplier is locked in, which means you can't lose it. If you survive the second row of cards, you win another multiplier.
"Play Your Cards Right" is a fun game with two very cool bonus rounds that are definitely unique and lucrative. Head to William Hill Games and try your luck.
