Tropicana receives New Jersey online gaming permit

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Tropicana Atlantic City Casino & Resort will be ready to make history when online gaming launches for the first time in Atlantic City.

Tony Rodio, president and CEO of Tropicana Entertainment Inc., announced that the Division of Gaming Enforcement signed Tropicana's internet gaming permit on Monday and will launch a trial period beginning Nov. 21.

"We are pleased to announce the approval by the Division of Gaming Enforcement of Tropicana’s Internet Gaming Permit," Rodio said. "Both Tropicana and Gamesys are looking forward to introducing our customers to a new level of gaming through its online offerings which will both entertain and raise the bar in gaming experience."
