Titanbet offering to combine a pair of French hat-tricks

(PRESS RELEASE) -- All the best things in life come in threes in France.

There is liberté, égalité and fraternité for example, or the red, white and blue of le tricolore. And in celebration of a uniquely French sporting few days, Titanbet Sports UK are offering to combine a pair of French hat-tricks so that everyone can get in on les célébrations.

Titanbet Sports UK have put together an enhanced double that combines a bet for the French Rugby Union side to beat Canada by 40 points or more with a second on Treve to win the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe. By combining the two events as a double, Titanbet Sports UK are offering something to celebrate that’s just a little more practical than French patriotism. And the price for doubling up this pair of short-priced hat-tricks? It could only be 3/1.

Two-time Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe winner Treve will be bidding for her historic third victory in the race in as many years on Sunday. But ahead of that long-anticipated Longchamp challenge, French pride will be at stake as Les Bleus aim to secure their passage to the knockout stages of the Rugby World Cup with a tour du chapeau of their own.

Philippe Saint-André’s side have comfortably brushed aside Italy and the minnows of Romania, and they are now odds-on to defeat Canada and continue their clean sweep of Pool D, ensuring what many see as the most comfortable passage into the quarter-finals of any of the major nations.

Confidence in French success is so high that Titanbet Sports UK are offering 37 points against Les Bleus on handicap bets.

Treve’s competition at Longchamp will undoubtedly be stiffer. Criquette Head-Maarek’s mare will have to beat a stellar field that includes Derby winner Golden Horn and French Derby winner New Bay if she is to justify her status as the pre-race favourite. But with the weather forecast to be in her favour and her competitive preparation quite imperious following an incredible victory in the Prix Vermeille last time out over the same course and distance, she will inevitably go off at a short price.

Russell Yershon, UK Sports Manager for Titan Bet, said, “Everyone loves a little French romance and the fact that these two hat-tricks coincide this week makes this weekend simply perfect for punters whether they’re Parisiennes or not. By wrapping the two results together we’re giving our customers some fabulous French value and their own chance to lift a glass of champagne.”

France will kick-off against Canada at Stadium MK at 20.00 BST on Thursday, October 1. The Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe will go off at 14.55 BST on Sunday, October 4.
