Men who tuck their shirts in are happier, according to a survey. That survey is ridiculous.

A recent survey of 1,000 men ages 25-60 found that 60 percent of shirt tuckers are happier on the job and are 22 percent more likely to be optimistic about their future.

The survey also found that these men make 19% more than non-tuckers and get more dates, too.

Surveys are useful because they provide facts. But facts are also incredibly misleading and can be used to draw conclusions that don't actually exist. Like, maybe the shirt tuckers are happier, make more money and get more dates because of their line of work, which more likely than not requires them to tuck in their shirts. It seems reasonable that people who have to tuck their shirts in for work would therefore work in higher-paying fields. You know, like a stock broker or a professional golfer.
