The Reel Life: Hallucinating on bath salts edition
1 Mar 2012
According to the Times-News, a Tennessee man who called 911 to complain about home intruders was actually alone and hallucinating on bath salts. Ronald Wayne Sellers, 37, told police when they arrived that the intruders were in the woods behind his house.
“I asked Mr. Sellers if the subjects were still standing in the location, and he stated, ‘They are still standing there. Don’t you see them?’ Officers could not see the subjects,” said Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Josh Byrd.
Sellers was unsteady on his feet and admitted to officers that he had taken bath salts prior to his 911 call, according to the police report. He was arrested on a charge of public intoxication because of “concerns for his safety and the safety of others.”
The Reel Life hopes this is rock bottom for Mr. Sellers. Because quite frankly, we don't want to know what rock bottom is if this isn't it.
