Paying taxes is never fun, but one Florida woman has at least found one way to find humor in the process.

Julann Roe made a statement by paying her $11,075.44 tax bill in $1 bills and 44 pennies. Roe, a registered Libertarian, is one of Pasco County's most outspoken government critics.

"It took several employees more than an hour to count and verify it," Pasco County Tax Collector Mike Fasano told The Tampa Tribune. "It was correct -- down to the penny."

Roe is an insurance company owner who attended multiple public hearings this year to speak against the Pasco County budget increases.

"The public is not your slush fund," Roe said in September. "Stay within your means because we don't want anymore taxes."

The Reel Life can sympathize with Roe's stance -- nobody likes paying taxes, especially ones they view as excessive. And this gag is hilarious.
