A Montana man has survived being attacked by a grizzly bear — twice in the same day.

Todd Orr had been scouring for elk when he was jumped on and bitten by the charging grizzly. Orr reports that he had been shouting "Hey, bear," every 30 seconds or so to avoid surprising any bears, but apparently this one found that annoying.

Unfortunately, while Orr was walking back to his truck, the bear found him again and, possibly enraged that it had been tricked, attacked the man again.

He again survived by playing dead, thus proving that bears aren't too bright. Fool me once, etc. etc.

After reaching his truck, Orr took a few minutes before driving himself to the hospital to make a Facebook post asserting that "Life sucks in bear country."

We're not going to disagree with that.
