Temporary injunction ordered against casino

5 Sep 2008

"Harrah's operated the tribe's casino at Mayetta for 10 years, ending in early 2008 that extended two years past termination of the management agreement.

"...Prairie Band had sought a temporary restraining order against Harrah's on Aug. 18, saying the management contract between the two sides contained a non-compete clause..."
