AUSTRALIA – As reported by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation: "Victorian Premier Steve Bracks says he will seek further advice about Tabcorp's move to penalise account holders for not betting.
"Holders of TAB telephone betting accounts will incur a $5 charge if their accounts lay idle for six months.
"Mr Bracks has told Southern Cross Radio the proposal would disadvantage the occasional punter…"
