Sunday Sundowner prize pool increases at Juicy Stakes, Intertops

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Last month, Intertops Poker and Juicy Stakes added a Sunday tournament to their popular Sundowner series. This month they've increased the guaranteed prize pool to $3,000 for the Sunday evening tournament.

"Our Sunday Sundowner has always had the biggest prize pool of all our Sundowner tournaments. Weeknights we guarantee $1,200 or $1,500," said Intertops poker manager. "The Sunday event has been so popular, though, that we're able to put up even more prize money!"

"The Sunday Sundowner is good value for players! Last weekend the winner only had to outlast 81 players to take home the first prize," said the Juicy Stakes poker manager. "This coming weekend the prize pool will be even bigger, but the buy-in of $15+$1.5 stays the same!"

The Sundown tournament series' early evening time slot has been a hit with many players. Weeknights they're held at 8:01 p.m. EST and on Sundays the action begins at 5:15 p.m. EST.

Sundays, 5:15 p.m. EST (Sundays, 11:15 p.m. CET/Mondays, 9:15 a.m. AEDT).
Tickets: $15 + $1.50 buy-in fee.
10,000 starting stack, 15 minute blinds. Players can re-enter up until the three and a half hours late registration deadline.

Players can buy-in directly or win a ticket to the Sunday tournament in satellites. These Turbo R&A tournaments are held Monday to Friday at 8:05 p.m. EST (2:05 am CET, 12:05 p.m. AEDT) and on Saturdays and Sundays at 2:05 p.m. EST (8:05 p.m. CET, 6:05 a.m. +1 AEDT).
