The lawsuit alleges that the Massachusetts Gaming Commission gave unfair advantage to Wynn Resorts in recent casino licence bid process, the report said. The Gaming Commission responded to the lawsuit citing the applicants disappointment and vigorously defended its decision making process as fair, according to NECN.
