Sona Mobile comments on NYRA contract

NEW YORK, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Sona Mobile Holdings Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: SNMB), a leading provider of secure software solutions for gaming and entertainment, commented today on an agreement announced Wednesday, February 13, 2008, between its New York racing partner and New York State, which awarded a 25-year franchise to the partner, allowing them to continue operating thoroughbred racing at Aqueduct Racetrack, Belmont Park, and Saratoga Race Course, and allows the installation of a Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) facility at Aqueduct.

Shawn Kreloff, chairman and CEO of Sona, stated, "We look forward to continuing to work with our New York racing partner and its esteemed management team on multiple projects. In the near term, we look forward to launching our mobile wagering application."

Sona was selected in October 2007 to develop a new mobile wagering application in a three-year, exclusive relationship for New York race tracks. The Sona-powered mobile wagering application's functionalities include horse, owner and trainer names, runner number, morning line, as well as live current odds, scratches, race results, and the ability to securely place all wagers (win, place, show and exotic wagers) via a customer's Windows enabled devices, Blackberry devices and most other internet enabled phones.

In addition, Sona officially launched its online wagering application in May 2007 for New York race tracks.
