NEW ZEALAND – As reported by the New Zealand One News: "Casino operator Sky City Entertainment Group has reported a 4% rise in first half net profit.

"The top 10 company posted a net profit of $55.1 million (US$37.8 million) for the six months to December 31 compared with $52.8 million (US$36.25 million) a year earlier before non-recurring items.

"The company said revenue was up 6% on the previous corresponding period with core earnings up 8%…"
