Sky City Entertainment Denies Allegations

NEW ZEALAND –As reported by the New Zealand Herald: "Casino company Sky City Entertainment has taken legal advice over an anonymous document that claims directors breached market disclosure obligations.

"The company believes there has been no breach.

"…[The document] says Wellington-based investment company Active Equities has a stake, held via a second company, in Sky City Leisure, a company majority-owned by Sky City Entertainment.

"The document claims Sky City Entertainment directors with shareholdings in Active Equities should have disclosed the stake.

"Sky City Entertainment director Patsy Reddy is a director and shareholder of Active Equities.

"She said the claims in the document were `completely false' and `many of the facts are incorrect as well.'…"
