NEW ZEALAND -- As reported by Radio New Zealand: "The country's biggest casino operator, Sky City Entertainment, has been cleared of any wrongdoing by the stockmarket regulator.

"New Zealand Exchange's disciplinary arm says Sky City's chairman answered a media question last month, confirming its interest in bidding for the Taverner Group.

"And as a result, Bloomberg Business News ran a story before this information was released to the market.

"NZX Discipline says it's not clear that the information about the bid was price-sensitive information, likely to have an impact on Sky City's share price..."
