SkillOnNet teams up with Apparat Gaming
8 Aug 2023
Formed by land-based casino veterans, Apparat has been making waves in the online gaming space over the past few years with a range of high-quality slots that have proved popular in numerous markets but were built with German slots players in mind. The company prides itself on its expertise in and understanding of its native German market, even using the tagline “iGaming with a German accent.”
Some of Apparat’s latest standout titles feature Total Eclipse, as well as The Warlock’s Book, including their most recent release Mallorca Wilds.
“Germany is one of Europe’s biggest markets for slots and Germans are some of the most discerning players,” said Jani Kontturi, Head of Games at SkillOnNet. “That’s why we think if a game works there, it will work anywhere. Apparat has decades of experience in building games, and like all self-respecting German companies, they focus on technical excellence and innovation. That’s why we’re delighted to have them on board.”
Thus, as well as bolstering content across the SkillOnNet network, the deal will enhance its German-language brands, including its flagship German online casino DrückGlück.
DrückGlück was one of the first legal online casinos in Germany on its launch in 2015. Since then, it has become a household name in the country, thanks to television advertising campaigns, football sponsorship and even a branded TV show.
“We’re proud of what we’ve achieved at Apparat in our short history, and this deal represents an exciting new chapter in the story,” said Thomas Wendt, Director at Apparat Gaming. “SkillOnNet as a tier-one operator and provider is a must-have partner for us, and we really hope this is the beginning of a long and fruitful partnership.”
