BOSTON, Massachusetts -- Two elderly sisters are engaged in a family feud and legal battle over a jackpot of $500,000, The Boston Globe reported.
Theresa Sokaitis and Rose Bakaysa have always played the same numbers, the report said.
Yesterday in court, the question was whether a 10 year old notarized agreement to share gambling wins was "in effect", The Boston Globe said.
The two sisters fell out a year ago over a loan that was not repaid, and Bakaysa alleges Sokaitis said she didn't want to be "partners" anymore, The Boston Globe said.
