12 May 2010
CONNECTICUT -- A pair of sisters who have been fighting it out over a lottery win five years later have the verdict and it's not "caring and sharing", The Hartford Courant reported.A judge determined that Rose Bakaysa does not have to share her $500,000 winnings with her sister Theresa Sokaitis, the report said.
The disagreement centered around whether a 10 year long gambling partnership agreement had been terminated before Bakaysa won the lottery prize.
