Sexton to testify at SC poker trial

CHARLESTON, South Carolina -- As reported by WCIV: "A celebrity poker player will be testifying in the trial of the five players arrested in a Mount Pleasant poker house raid.
"Mike Sexton, a championship poker player and host of cable television tournaments, will appear in court on Friday to testify on behalf of the players.
"This was confirmed Wednesday by the group's attorney.
"Sexton stated 'Texas Hold 'Em' is a game of skill, according to an affidavit sent to the Mount Pleasant Municipal Court.
"In April 2006, police raided a poker game in a private home on Glencoe Street and the five players are the last of about two dozen cited in the raid.
