Scientific Games Signs Puerto Rican Contract
NEW YORK – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Scientific Games Corporation (Nasdaq: SGMS) announced that it has signed the previously announced online lottery contract with Loteria Electronica de Puerto Rico. The contract is valued at $66.7 million and is for a term of seven years.
The online lottery contract includes the installation of 2000 terminals and a new central system with satellite and radio communication technology. The new system is scheduled to launch on March 15, 2005.
