Scientific Games secures Nevada Gaming Commission approval

NEW YORK -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Scientific Games Corporation announced that the Nevada Gaming Commission unanimously approved the company's pending acquisition of WMS Industries Inc. The acquisition, which was approved by WMS stockholders in May, is expected to close in the fall of 2013. Completion of the transaction remains subject to the approval of gaming regulatory authorities and other customary closing conditions."We are pleased to have received unanimous approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission and thank the Commission and the Nevada Gaming Control Board for their diligence in reviewing and approving our transaction," said A.
