Scientific Games Extends Pennsylvania Contract
NEW YORK – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Scientific Games Corporation (Nasdaq: SGMS) announced that it has received a two-year extension to its Cooperative Services contract with the Pennsylvania Lottery. The contract extension is worth an estimated $40 million in revenue to Scientific Games over its term which commences in April 2005.
Scientific Games is the only comprehensive provider of Cooperative Services to instant lottery ticket customers, providing a full range of services and products including market research, game planning, design, printing, logistics and accounting functions. Cooperative Services customers tend to have higher retail sales growth than other lotteries and lower costs of doing business.
