The Freddie Awards are held annually and have been regarded by frequent flyers and travel industry executives as the most prestigious honor for travel and resort loyalty programs since 1988. This year's Freddie Awards took place on 27 April in Jersey City, New Jersey. Each year 223 programs are nominated at the Freddie Awards and are voted on by more than 4.2 million consumers from over 200 countries around the globe.
