Reprieve won on fantasy sports ban

NEW YORK -- Fantasy sports companies can keep operating in New York due a reprieve of a recent ruling, according to Reuters.FanDuel and DraftKings were banned from conducting business in the state in a ruling last Friday, the report said.
An Appeals Court Judge suspended the ban until January 4, 2016, Reuters said.
The contention is whether or not fantasy sports constitute illegal gambling.
