Report finds former CEO of BCLC in conflict of interest

The report cited that "As an individual, Mr. Graydon would have a private economic interest in his prospective employment with an affiliate of Paragon Gaming,", according to the Tyee.
The report found that Graydon broke rules by continuing to hold onto his mobile device and having access for 10 days after his exit to the BCLC's information system and breaching a 90 day no-contact provision which was part of his resignation agreement, the Tyee report stated.
