Rdentify appoints Dr. Vikas Shah as chairman

A respected entrepreneur, investor, and public servant, Dr. Shah brings decades of strategic leadership to the role.

He currently serves as a non-executive board member at the U.K. Government’s Department for Energy Security & Net Zero and was awarded an MBE for Services to Business and the Economy.

His appointment comes as Rdentify transitions into a comprehensive, AI-driven customer experience platform.
