Ian Burke has been in the job for four years and faced various challenges including tax hikes, smoking ban and the loss of gaming machines, the report said.
His focus now is "stabilization" and with revenue finally on the up Burke is protesting Britain's unfair bingo tax calling for a "for a flat 15pc rate of tax on all gaming companies" The Telegraph report said.
