PokerStars Festival Lille in July

(PRESS RELEASE) -- PokerStars is offering players lots of extra value during PokerStars Festival Lille, which takes place 16-22 July 2018 at Casino de Lille, with three Platinum Passes worth a total $90,000 awarded across the festival.

Any PokerStars Festival Lille online and live qualifier will automatically be entered into the ‘Main Event longest lasting qualifier’ competition, which will award one of the three Platinum Passes. On top of that, any player registered in a .com direct qualifier will earn a ticket to play a monthly PSPC freeroll, again to win a Platinum Pass. Any player who wins a player's choice satellite can also use their ticket to buy in to the PokerStars Festival Lille Main Event.

PokerStars players also have the chance to win a PokerStars Festival Lille Main Event seat worth €1,100 and expenses via an online satellite every Sunday. The next €109 buy-in satellite will take place at 16:00 ET on Sunday, 1 July at PokerStars and will continue every Sunday until July 15.

The top three players will each receive a €1,100 Main Event seat and €200 expenses towards PokerStars Festival Lille.

With buy-ins from as little as €5 running until July 15, players will have loads of opportunities to win a seat to play. One seat will be guaranteed every day at 22:00 ET in .com and .fr PokerStars qualifiers. PokerStars.com €109 buy-in qualifiers and those who qualify via .fr €100 buy-in satellites will be guaranteed €200 expenses also.

Last year, the PokerStars Festival Lille Main Event saw a turnout of 800 players and a total prize pool of €768,000. Philippe Le-Touche from France won the 2017 Lille Main Event for €143,000.
