BAY ST. LOUIS, MS. -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Hollywood Casino's poker room is rolling out the red carpet for poker players every day, especially in June. Starting June 1st poker players playing Texas Hold-em, or 7 Card Stud will be eligible to win their share of over $2,500 in cash and prizes to be given away on Sunday, June 29th. Players win their entries to win up to $150 cash and prize at drawings to be held each hour from 12 noon until midnight

Entries will be awarded to players based on the rank of winning hands. "Players' entries will be awarded on winning called hands," said Poker Room Manager Darryl Hodgson. "In the event of multiple winning hands, each player with a winning hand will receive an entry," said Hodgson. "It's just another way for Hollywood to show our appreciation to our players." The players can win an unlimited number of the non-transferable entries leading to the giveaway. Players can win entries based on the following criteria:

· A winning hand of a flush = 1 entry

· A winning hand of a full house = 2 entries

· A winning hand of a 4 of a kind = 3 entries

· A winning hand of a straight flush = 4 entries

· A winning hand of a royal flush = 5 entries

Hollywood Casino's poker room also has special cash promotions all week long. Win cash with "High Hand" on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Poker players with the highest hand at the end of each hour win $50, every hour from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Win up to 8 times each day!

Hollywood's poker room features "Aces Cracked" on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. paying progressive prize money to players holding non-winning hands with pocket aces. Hollywood's "Ace's Cracked" prize money starts at $100 with subsequent hands increasing to $125 and capping at $150.
