Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians announces tribal election results

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians announced today that Bob Moody, Jr. was re-elected as its Tribal Council Vice Chairman during the Tribe's general election on Saturday, July 9. During the election, Roger Rader and Becky Price were re-elected as Members-at-Large.

Other current members of the Tribal Council who were not up for re-election include Chairman John P. Warren, Treasurer Eugene Magnuson, Secretary Mark Parrish and Members-at-Large Steve Winchester, Michaelina Martin, Andy Jackson, Matt Wesaw, and Elders Representative Judy Winchester.

Vice Chairman Moody will also continue to serve as Vice Chairman of the Pokagon Gaming Authority Board, which oversees the Pokagon Band's casino properties including Four Winds New Buffalo, Four Winds Hartford and Four Winds Dowagiac.
