Playtech $703 million bid on trading platform company accepted

ISRAEL AND UK -- Playtech's bid of $703 million for Plus500 Ltd has been accepted, Bloomberg is reporting.

Plus500 Ltd, a trading platform company, recently had a financial meltdown after an anti-money-laundering controls review, the report explained.

Playtech, an online gaming company, also recently acquired TradeFX Ltd, another trading platform company, Bloomberg said.
