Pistons Favored to Win NBA Championships

Three of the lowest-seeded teams in the Eastern Conference the Chicago Bulls (120/1), Washington Wizards (130/1), and Milwaukee Bucks (175/1), have been installed as the biggest long shots to win the championship this year.

In the West, the top-seeded Spurs are overwhelming 5/7 favorites to win the conference championship followed by Dallas at 4/1 and Phoenix at 9/2.
