Pennsylvania Lottery Releases New Instant Game

MIDDLETOWN, Pennsylvania – (PRESS RELEASE) -- The Pennsylvania Lottery will introduce its largest instant game ever on Tuesday, June 28. "$275 Million Cash Extravaganza" will feature 20 top prizes of $1 million each, 12,000 prizes between $1,000 and $20,000 and more than 490,000 prizes from $100 to $500.

Lottery Executive Director Edward Mahlman said the new game responds to player requests for instant games with more and better prizes.

"Instant games have become an increasingly popular component of the Pennsylvania Lottery's game offerings," said Mahlman. "One reason for their popularity is the Lottery's continuing commitment to giving our players what they say they want: more chances to win, and better prizes.

"$275 Million Cash Extravaganza will take that commitment to a new level by offering the largest prize payout in Pennsylvania Lottery history. The game will offer 20 chances to win $1 million and hundreds of thousands of prizes of over $100."

$275 Million Cash Extravaganza will be the Lottery's latest $20 game. The overall odds of winning a prize are 1-in-3.06.
