WYOMISSING, Pennsylvania -- Penn National Gaming intends to divide into two companies, the Columbus Dispatch reported.The Internal Revenue Service has approved the split, but the company still requires extensive approval from other agencies, the report said.
The company wants to separate its gambling and real estate operation, the Columbus Dispatch report explained.
