Pala introduces poker promotions for September

The new tournaments will include the 10K Deep Stack at noon on Saturday, Sept. 7, with a $125 buy-in and a $10,000 guarantee, along with the End of the Month 15K (up from 10K) Nooner Championship on Sunday, Sept. 29, with registration until 2 p.m. The 15K will have a $120 buy-in and a $15,000 guarantee with two, optional $25 re-buys or add-ons. The winner's name will be engraved on the Pala Signature Cup and the winner's photo will be published in Card Player Magazine.
The new promotions will include the Sunday/Wednesday High Hand Hour, which will be in play from 2-10 p.m. each Sunday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each Wednesday, except Sept. 25. On Sundays, winners will receive $100 for first place and $50 for second; on Wednesdays, $100 can be won each hour.
The second new promotion will be the Manic Monday Cash Drawings. Players can win $100 each hour from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Entries will be earned for poker hands ranging from a full house to a royal flush and players can earn double entries while playing from 6-10 a.m.
The ongoing cash promotions for September will include Pala's popular Chase for the Dough, which will be in play from midnight on Sept. 1, until midnight on Sept. 30, with a $10,000 prize pool. Players win by accumulating live-play hours. Forty hours wins $60; 60 hours gets $200 and 80 hours nets $400. When players cash out, hours return to zero.
Trail to Riches will be in play from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday. Players can win up to $200 each day by receiving specific poker hands before 5 p.m. Players must receive six separate hands to win $50: a pair, two pair, three-of-a-kind, a straight, a red flush and a black flush. After that, if the same player receives a full house, the Trail to Riches bonus is $100. If the player hits four-of-a-kind, the bonus is $200.
The Limit Flush Marathon will be in play from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. each Tuesday and Friday for limit Hold'em players ($3, $6 and $9 limit and above) only. The first player to receive all four flushes (each suit) will win $350 and the second wins $150.

Thursday Deep Stack Turbo at 7 p.m.
The buy-in will be $45+$10 with a $1,200 guarantee. Players will start with $20,000 in chips and there will be a $10 staff bonus buy for $5,000 more. There also will be $10 knockout bounties that will be included in the prize pool. Blinds will be 12 minutes with late and re-entries for seven levels.
Friday Night (7 p.m.) and Saturday Morning (10 a.m.) 2K
The buy-in will be $35+$5 on Friday and $40+$5 on Saturday with a $2,000 guarantee. Players will start with $3,000 in chips and there will be a $5 optional staff bonus buy for $1,000 more. Blinds will be 15 minutes with late and re-entries for three levels.
Sunday 5K Nooner (except Sunday, Sept. 29) at noon, but with registration until 2 p.m.
The buy-in will be $50+$15 with a $5,000 guaranteed prize pool. Players will start with $5,000 in chips and there will be an optional $10 staff bonus buy for $2,000 more. There will be one, $25 re-buy offered during the first four levels for $3,000 more chips. Blinds will be 30 minutes until the fifth level, then 20 minutes; there will be late and re-entries for four levels. Those who play live poker from 8 a.m. to noon each Sunday will earn $500 bonus chips for the 5K Nooner for each hour played.
